Hôm nay dùng TeamViewer 7.1 free để cài Kis 12 cho thằng cháu, cài đặt ngon lành rồi, đến bước add Key thì không thể nào mở được Kis 12 lên để add, mặc dù kis vẫn chạy nhưng không thể hiện thị lên màn hình được, như thế là như thế nào nhỉ các bạn, có cách nào khắc phục không?

- Để add key tất nhiên phải tắt mạng rồi.
- Bạn viết đôi dòng hướng dẫn vào khung Chat cũng được. Nhớ đưa key file ra màn hình cho cháu.
Để add key file bạn làm như sau:
Bảo cháu của bạn tắt mạng nhập key sau vào phần kích hoạt online nhé. (nhớ tắt mạng trước nhé)
Đối với Kas 2011 thì nhập key sau: XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXX1
Đối với Kas 2012 thì nhập key: AAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAA3
Sau khi nhập sau bảo cháu của bạn tới phần nhập key file và duyệt tới vị trí đặt key file trên màn hình và bấm Next để đăng ký.

PS: Đây không phải Spam do vậy mong các admin thông cảm. Vì với một key bản quyền Kis bạn có thể tạo ra 1 Key file cho các máy cùng chung một IP.

Bạn hiểu nhầm ý của mình rồi. vấn đề của mình không phải là việc add key Kis, cái đó đơn giản mà. vấn đề của mình là với TeamViewer cơ.
Mình muốn thông qua Team Viewer để add key trực tiếp. Key code có bản quyền (vì vậy không cần tắt mạng nhé). Nhưng khi mở Kis lên để vào phần điền key thì nó không hiện thị cửa sổ Kis lên màn hình, mặc dù Kis vẫn đang chạy trên máy. Mình nghĩ là do khi dùng Team Viewer nó ảnh hưởng gì đó đến độ phân giải của màn hình nên nó không hiện thị lên được, nhưng chưa tìm được cách khắc phục ntn.

Mình xài team 7 . Hôm qua mở team 7 lên sự dụng mà ID và pass của Team 7 hông xuất hiện. Khởi động lại Team 7, máy , mạng vẫn tình trạng Team 7 hông thể hiện ID Pass. A em nao gặp rùi xinh chỉ giáo giúp thân.
